PGN, short for Portable Game Notation, is the plain-text format chess sites use to save games. Tags in square brackets name the players, the event, the date and the result. Then come the moves in algebraic notation, numbered by move. Comments go in curly braces and side lines in round brackets.

Open the game, click the Share icon at the bottom of the Analysis tab, choose the PGN tab and click Download. Open the file in any text editor, copy everything and paste it here. In the Android app it's under More, then Export PGN. On iPhone, open the analysis, tap Options, then Share or Copy.
Open the game and go to the Share & export tab under the board. Lichess offers a raw PGN with only the moves played, or an annotated one with engine comments and side lines. Either works here.
A FEN describes one position: where every piece stands, whose move it is and who can still castle. A PGN records a whole game, move by move. The viewer shows the FEN of whatever position is on the board, with a button to copy it.
Usually one illegal move or a typo, and the viewer names the move it couldn't read. Only standard chess loads: variants such as Crazyhouse or Atomic don't.
Comments, yes: each one appears under the move it follows. Side lines are left out, and the viewer says so when your PGN had some. It plays the main line.
The viewer shows the first game and tells you how many it found. Paste the others one at a time.
No. The PGN is read in your browser and never leaves it.
